Take Part and Help Support Fox Chase Cancer Center

Fox Chase Cancer Center in Philadelphia holds special events all year to provide cancer education and to benefit the Center. Funds raised go to cancer research, prevention and treatment at Fox Chase. We also partner with community groups to help raise cancer awareness and support. Please join us by taking part in the great events coming up. • Eileen Stein Jacoby Fund 2nd Annual Celebration of Life Luncheon
  Sunday, November 2; 11:00 a.m.

  The Eileen Stein Jacoby Fund at Fox Chase Cancer Center will proudly host the 2nd Annual Celebration of Life Luncheon at Carrabba's Italian Grill, 2575 Maryland Road in Willow Grove, PA. This year's guest speaker is Maimah Karmo, breast cancer survivor, founder of the Tigerlily Foundation, and acclaimed author of How Breast Cancer Saved My Life: Using a Challenge as a Gift. The event will also honor Beverly Arsht, Cheryl Goldberg, Frank Koretsky and Maria Luisa. Tickets are $36 per person and can be purchased by contacting Cheryl Herman at 215.858.3961.

• Together, Facing Lung Cancer
  Dinner
  Wednesday, November 12; 5:-9 p.m.

  Patients and their caregivers are invited to participate in the free event "Together, Facing Lung Cancer" to be held at Fox Chase Cancer Center. The event is designed to help patients and caregivers find emotional support and information as they face lung cancer and its treatments. Registration is required, as dinner will be served.
