Confirmation

Registrations received at least 10 days prior to the selected program will be confirmed in writing to your home address. After this date, you may check with our registrar about the status of your registration at 215-728-3522.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Fox Chase Cancer Center (FCCC) reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation or postponement by FCCC, the Center will fully refund your registration fee, but is not responsible for any related costs, charges, or expenses to participants, including cancellation costs incurred by airlines/travel agencies. Substitutions are permitted at any time.

Cancellations initiated by the participant must be received by FCCC in writing within 10 business days of the scheduled event for a total refund. Refunds awarded thereafter will be issued for the amount of the registration minus a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received within 2 days of the program.

Fox Chase Partner Hospitals

Fox Chase Cancer Center Partner hospitals are entitled to a 10% discount for Fox Chase Cancer Center Continuing Nursing Education programs (Some exceptions may apply). Reminder: Please check off on registration form and deduct 10% from course fee.

Participant Comfort

Maintaining a temperature that is ideal for all participants can be difficult; we recommend you please bring a sweater or jacket to wear during the programs.

Statement of the Fox Chase Cancer Center Disclosure Policy

It is the policy of Fox Chase Cancer Center to insure that all sponsored continuing nursing education activities are independently designed and produced, relative to content and quality, and that all presentations maintain scientific integrity, and are objective, balanced, and free of commercial bias. Fox Chase Cancer Center policy requires that each faculty member be asked to provide appropriate disclosure information prior to an educational activity. Fox Chase Cancer Center requires disclosure to program participants of any financial interest or other relationship a faculty member or Fox Chase Cancer Center, as the sponsor of the activity, has with (1) the manufacturer(s) of any commercial product(s) and/or provider(s) of commercial services discussed in an educational presentation and (2) any commercial supporters of the activity.
