Scientific Report:

I joined the staff at Fox Chase in 2000. I chose the field of pathology because it is a critical field in patient care. It also provides opportunities for studying the pathogenesis of diseases. By understanding the cause or origin of a disease such as cancer, it allows us as physicians the ability to develop strategies to either prevent the cancer or stop its growth.
