The Gastrointestinal Tumor Risk Assessment Program (GI-TRAP) is designed for people who are considered to be at “high risk” for developing colorectal or other gastrointestinal cancers. If you possess any of the following risk factors you may be eligible to join GI-TRAP:

  • Personal or family history of colorectal cancer
  • Personal or family history of colon polyps
  • Personal or family history of or other cancers, including uterine, stomach, bile duct, urinary tract, or ovarian
  • Inflammatory bowel disease, such as ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease

Remember, being at risk does not mean you will definitely develop cancer. You and your family can reduce this risk.

For more information about the Gastrointestinal Tumor Risk Assessment Program and to learn if you are eligible, please call us at 215-728-7041 or send a message.
